💼 Level: State Head (SH)
💰 CTC: Up to Rs 12 LPA (Based on Last Drawn Salary)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead the Consumer Durable (CD) business for the ICICI process. This role demands aggressive sales leadership, strong dealer network management, and ownership of states-level operations.

Business Growth & Sales
✔️ Drive Consumer Durable business across the assigned state or s
✔️ Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
Channel & Partner Management
✔️ Build and manage strong relationships with dealers/assigned Consumer Durable stores
✔️ Strengthen front-end partnerships and tie-ups
Team Leadership
✔️ Lead, train & motivate the sales team
✔️ Should be able to Pitch to the clients /Customers
✔️ Monitor performance and drive productivity
Operations & Strategy
✔️ Ensure smooth execution & compliance
✔️ Analyze market trends & competitor activity
✔️ Implement strategies to improve market share
✅ Key Requirements
✔️ Strong experience in Consumer Durable (CD) Sales
✔️ Proven track record in team handling & target achievement
✔️ Experience managing large territories / state-level roles
✔️ Excellent communication & leadership skills
✔️ Preferred background in Consumer Durable Financing only
✈️ Travel Requirement (Important)
🔴 This role requires extensive travel across the states
🔴 Regular field visits for dealer engagement, relationship building & sales generation
🔴 Candidates is required comfortable with regular on-ground presence
