Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a State Head based in Patna. The State Head will oversee the operational and business activities across the assigned state, drive sales and revenue growth, and develop relationships with DSAs and financial institutions. Key responsibilities include leading and managing teams, implementing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, and ensuring strong performance metrics at the state level. The individual will also represent the organization in key meetings and provide continuous support to optimize business processes.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Organizational Skills
- Excellent Strategic Planning and Analytical Skills
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Experience in the financial services or banking sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred
- Ability to work independently and lead diverse teams
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Bihar is advantageous
