Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Kochi for a State Head. The State Head will drive business growth in the assigned state for our Plywood business vertical, oversee sales teams, manage relationships with dealers, and retailers, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities also include strategizing to improve market share, monitoring competition, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing new business opportunities. The role requires effective leadership to motivate and guide teams to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and account management experience with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Market analysis, customer relationship management, and ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Experience with interior solutions, building materials, or similar industries is preferred.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving and decision-making skills to drive growth in the assigned region.
- Willingness to be based in Kochi and work across the state with a focus on building strong local market presence.
- Relevant education such as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
