💼 Key Responsibilities
• Drive merchant acquisition and fintech adoption
• Deliver on ambitious revenue and business targets
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
• Strengthen market presence and channel
partnerships
👤 Preferred Background
✔ Experience and strong understanding of Fintech and NBFC products, including Business Loans, Gold Loans, Personal Loans, MSME Loans, Secured and Unsecured Credit Cards, and Insurance products
✔ Proven experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, and channel development
✔ Strong field execution and team management capabilities
✔ Results-driven mindset with a passion for growth
