Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a State Head – Used Tractor Sales, located in Maharashtra, India. The role involves leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets for used tractors. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with dealers, planning dealer engagements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include providing market insights, analyzing competition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Strong team management and leadership abilities to guide and motivate sales teams
- Proficiency in handling client relationships and dealer networks
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and competition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder collaboration
- Understanding of the rural auto ecosystem, agricultural machinery, or related industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales leadership roles in the agriculture or auto sector is a plus
