🚀 Hiring: State Head – FMCG (Atta Division)
📍 Location: Uttar Pradesh

Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven State Head to lead our Atta Division across Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening distribution networks, and building a high-performance team across the state.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage complete state operations for the Atta category
- Drive sales growth, market expansion, and revenue targets
- Develop and execute state-level sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Strengthen distribution network & channel expansion (General Trade & Modern Trade)
- Manage and mentor regional sales teams, ASMs, and field staff
- Ensure strong market penetration & brand visibility
- Monitor competitor activities and implement counter strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Candidate Requirements- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a State Head in FMCG
- Proven track record in handling Atta / Edible Oil / Rice categories
- Minimum 5 years of stability in at least one organization
- Strong understanding of UP market dynamics and distribution structure
- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to drive performance in a fast-paced FMCG environment
