State Growth Head (TN) – EdTech (ELUVOM)About ELUVOM:

Role Summary:As Growth Head (Tamil Nadu), you will lead and drive the state’s sales and expansion strategy for ELUVOM. You will be responsible for achieving aggressive growth targets while building, mentoring, and managing a strong network of District Growth Officers. This role requires strategic execution, strong leadership, and deep market engagement across colleges, coaching centers, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of District Growth Officers with clear targets and continuous performance feedback.
- Design and execute district-level sales and marketing strategies to expand reach and adoption.
- Achieve or exceed revenue and user acquisition targets; track KPIs such as conversions, retention, and engagement.
- Build relationships with colleges, coaching centers, and institutional stakeholders to drive partnerships and closures.
- Recruit, train, and onboard high-performing team members across districts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and training teams to ensure strong campaign execution and field readiness.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and user behavior to refine growth plans.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Travel extensively across Tamil Nadu for business development and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:- Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales/marketing with proven leadership experience. EdTech or institutional sales exposure is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strategic thinking, strong communication, negotiation skills, and data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build, scale, and motivate teams.
- Personal Traits: Highly driven, execution-focused, adaptable, and willing to travel extensively.
Compensation & Benefits:- CTC: Rs.24,00,000 per annum (inclusive of travel & accommodation).
