Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for Freedom and Rope Light products in the assigned region
- Generate leads and convert them into active customers
- Build and manage dealer, distributor, and project client networks
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: enquiry → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with full ownership
- Develop repeat business and strengthen key account relationships
- Identify new market opportunities and large buyers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery
- Ensure clear communication of customer requirements and commitments
- Follow up on payments, dispatches, and re-orders
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
3 to 7 years of relevant sales experience
(preferably in lighting / electronics / electrical products).
Education
Diploma / ITI in Electronics or Electronics & Communication Engineering
Working Model
- Work from your own state
- Office visit once is a quarter,
