Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a State Business Manager - Rural Unsecured Business located in Lucknow. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations, sales, and growth strategies for the rural unsecured loan business within the assigned state. Key responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, leading and mentoring teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and driving the achievement of sales and profitability targets within the region.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and guiding large teams
- Expertise in business development, sales strategy, and achieving organizational goals
- Knowledge of financial products, especially rural unsecured loans, and understanding of rural markets
- Proficiency in relationship building, stakeholder management, and customer engagement
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration
- Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in the financial services industry and/or rural banking is preferred
