We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to building immersive and scalable web applications.
Position Overview:
As a MERN Stack Developer Intern, you will be working closely with our development team to design, develop, and implement web-based applications that are both innovative and efficient. You will have the opportunity to work on full-stack development projects, utilizing your skills in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Experience with design and SQL databases will be considered a significant plus, as it will enable you to contribute to a broader range of projects and challenges.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the development lifecycle of web applications, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with the development team to create responsive, feature-rich, and scalable applications using the MERN stack.
Contribute to the integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Assist in the design and implementation of data storage solutions (MongoDB and potentially SQL databases).
Provide support in maintaining code quality, organization, and automatization.
Work on cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specifications.
Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices to solve challenges.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrable knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
Basic knowledge of design principles and experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch) is a plus.
Experience with SQL databases is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
