Field: Data Science, Computer Science, or AI. Responsibilities: - Research and prototype methods to aggregate public mentions of startups (news, blogs, social media, etc.) and display them under each startup profile. - Explore APIs (e.g. Google News, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter/X) and open datasets for automated tracking. - Develop a system to generate a country-specific startup newsfeed for the website to attract organic traffic. - Document methods and propose scalable approaches for future automation. Learning Outcomes: - Practical experience in web data collection (scraping, APIs, NLP). - Exposure to real-world product data pipelines. - Insight into how data can enhance startup visibility and credibility.
