Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Startup Strategist who can work closely with founders to shape, refine, and execute business strategy. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, solving complex business problems, and driving cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders/leadership to define short-term and long-term business strategy
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking
• Identify growth opportunities across product, marketing, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Translate high-level vision into actionable execution plans
• Drive strategic projects across teams (product, tech, marketing, operations)
• Analyze data and metrics to guide decision-making and optimize performance
• Build and refine business models, pricing strategies, and GTM plans
• Support fundraising efforts through pitch decks, financial models, and investor research
• Establish processes and frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability
