We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Startup Operations Associate who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and taking ownership of different responsibilities.
This is a hands-on role involving social media, content production, basic bookkeeping, and day-to-day operational support. Your educational background is not our priority—we value adaptability, initiative, organization, and the ability to learn quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule social media posts and support content execution across platforms.
- Engage with our online community and assist with day-to-day social media management.
- Help with on-site and remote video or audio recordings, including equipment setup, framing, and media-file organization.
- Track routine income and expenses, organize invoices, issue receipts, and maintain records for the accounting team.
- Manage calendars, documents, cloud storage, scheduling tools, and internal workflows.
- Support the team with other operational requirements as the startup grows.
Who We’re Looking For
- Comfortable learning and using new software, apps, and digital tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-ups.
- Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and cloud-based tools.
- Comfortable handling smartphones and basic video or audio recording equipment.
- A clear communicator with strong written and spoken English.
- Kannada proficiency would be an advantage.
- Able to work independently, solve everyday problems, and take ownership without constant supervision.
- You do not need to know everything from day one. What matters is your willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the team.
