About FirstDine
FirstDine is a pre-order dining platform that helps customers book food and tables before reaching restaurants, reducing waiting time and improving restaurant efficiency. We are in the early stage and building our core team.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are excited to work in a startup environment and want to learn by doing. This role is ideal for someone who wants real exposure rather than routine tasks.
Responsibilities
• Support daily startup operations
• Work on restaurant on boarding and partnerships
• Assist in customer support and communication
• Help with marketing, outreach, and user growth
• Contribute ideas to improve product and user experience
Requirements
• Strong interest in startups and business
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
• Good communication skills
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
• Based in or willing to work with Kochi team
