A leader in the Technology & Startup Ecosystem sector that builds, scales, and commercialises early-stage ventures through incubation, acceleration, and corporate innovation programs. We help founders validate business models, secure funding, and accelerate revenue and user traction at scale. This remote role will lead program strategy and portfolio outcomes across India.
Primary Title: Director, Startup Incubation & Accelerator (Remote — India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and operate end-to-end incubation and accelerator programs—curriculum, selection, milestones, and graduation criteria.
- Source, evaluate, and select high-potential startups; lead investment-grade due diligence and selection committees.
- Provide hands-on founder mentorship: refine product-market fit, go-to-market strategies, unit economics, and growth plans.
- Mobilise investor, mentor, and corporate partner networks to secure pilot customers, strategic partnerships, and follow-on funding.
- Define portfolio KPIs, implement performance tracking, and run intervention strategies to improve traction and survival rates.
- Build scalable program operations: workflows, partner agreements, reporting, and continuous improvement playbooks.

Qualifications: Proven track record launching or operating incubation/accelerator programs and demonstrable success with early-stage startups and investor engagement. Strong remote-first leadership, stakeholder management, and experience scaling mentor/investor ecosystems across India are essential.
