Founded in 2019, GradRight has offices across Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Delhi and Washington DC. GradRight’s team possesses extensive domestic and international experience in the launch and scale-up of premier higher education institutions like Ashoka, Krea and Plaksha University. It is led by alumni of IIT Delhi, ISB Hyderabad and BITS Pilani and University of Pennsylvania. GradRight is also the winner of the HSBC Fintech Innovation Challenge supported by the Ministry of Electronics & IT, Government of India.
Core Responsibilities:
- Understand GradRight, including its vision, product offerings, and overall strategy
- Reach out to potential student leads provided by GradRight and enroll them on the FundRight and SelectRight platform, contributing to successful student loan disbursements.
- Identify and understand students’ needs and challenges, and effectively position GradRight as a solution
- Gain knowledge of how banks and NBFCs operate, and guide students on the best strategies to secure funding and choosing the right University
- Leverage the firm’s platform and partnerships to nurture leads and drive sign-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students/customers, encouraging sign-ups and generating referrals
- Engage with students through calls, emails, and video interactions to achieve assigned growth targets effectively
