About the role

We are hiring for the position of Customer Service Executive – Blended Voice & Chat Process (Work From Home). This role involves handling 50% voice calls and 50% chat support , depending on client requirements. Candidates will be responsible for resolving customer queries, delivering excellent service, and maintaining client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers via inbound/outbound calls and chat support. Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions using available tools and resources. Deliver service in alignment with defined KPIs. Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions. Provide product/service information clearly and professionally. Escalate complex issues to higher authorities where necessary. Promote additional products or services based on customer needs. Participate in team improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives. Candidate Requirements: Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream). Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates welcome. Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory). Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and flexible schedules. Work Schedule: Shift: 9-hour shifts, 24/7 rotational. Working Days : 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off. Salary & Benefits: Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month (CTC) for both freshers and experienced. Bonus: ₹4,000 quarterly bonus (every 3 months) in addition to take-home salary. Work From Home Requirements: Candidates must have their own system with the following configuration: Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 RAM: Minimum 8GB Processor: Intel i3 or i5 Accessories: Headphones or Headset (mandatory) Stable Internet Connection Note: Only candidates meeting the above system requirements will be considered for this role.
