About the Job Role: This is a customer support job where you will help Zomato users through live chat. You will answer their questions about food orders, delivery, etc. Responsibilities: Talk to customers through chat Help them with their food orders, tracking, delivery status, etc. Solve problems related to payments, cancellations, or refunds Be polite, professional, and helpful in every chat Follow the training and guidelines provided by the company Handle multiple chats at the same time if needed Update the team leader if any issue is serious or cannot be solved Who Can Apply? Education: 12th Pass or Graduation (Any stream) Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply Languages: Good English + knowledge of a local Indian language (like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, etc.) Laptop/Desktop: Must have your own system Internet: A stable internet connection is required Typing speed: Basic typing speed and accuracy is needed Working Conditions: 6 Days working Rotational shifts (Day/Night) 1 Weekly off (rotational) Full-time only
