Job Title: Start-Up Relations Intern
Location: Mumbai
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: 10k per month
About The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Startup Relations Intern to support our investor relations, financial analysis, and operational functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to working with startups, investors, and internal strategy teams in a fast-paced startup ecosystem.
Key Responsibility :
- Investor Relations
- Build and nurture strong relationships with startup founders, ensuring consistent communication and trust.
- Assist in designing and delivering data-driven quarterly updates to investors and stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for investor and founder queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Support engagement initiatives to enhance investor experience and long-term partnerships.
2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in preparing internal financial reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Analyse company financials, including cash flow cycles, liquidity, and key metrics.
- Support the evaluation of startups’ financial health and creditworthiness.
- Work closely with senior teams to derive insights for investment and lending decisions.
3. Operations & Cross-Functional Support
- Execute operational tasks across investor relations, finance, and compliance.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Assist in identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects and deliver within timelines.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
