</ul><div>Pay: Competitive starting pay based on experience<br> <br> <strong>What You Do:<br></strong>The <em>Distribution Assistant Manager- Appliances</em> is responsible for supporting daily activities within the appliance warehouse as well as processing of incoming/outgoing inventory and acting as a point of contact for key departments including sales, purchasing, and accounting.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What We Are Looking for:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Minimum of High School diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Valid Texas DL required</li>
<li>
<strong>Experience: </strong>At least 3-5 years in logistics/warehouse environment required-</li>
</ul><ol>
<li>Able to accurately process returns, exchanges, submit RA on returns, shipping, receiving, inventory cycle counts, other general warehouse duties</li>
<li>1-2 years in a team lead or manager role required</li>
<li>Able to direct delivery staff related to work orders, routes, and other internal activities</li>
<li>Knowledge of residential appliances a plus</li>
</ol><ul>
<li>Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude</li>
<li>Proficient with MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word</li>
<li>Familiar with inventory management, Point of Sale or other logistics software</li>
<li>Experience using pallet jacks, wheeled dollies, and other logistics equipment</li>
<li>Ability to lift objects over 100 lbs (with assistance)</li>
<li>Ability to adapt to frequent changes </li>
<li>Strong work ethic and adherence to a regular schedule</li>
<li>Availability to work any days (6:30am-6pm), except Sunday</li>
