Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Test Strategy & Execution : Design, review, and execute detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test plans based on requirement documents and user stories.
- Defect Management : Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
- Methodology Mastery : Apply diverse testing techniques (e.g., black-box, white-box, end-to-end, system testing).
- Leadership : Mentor junior QA team members, review their test cases, and provide guidance.
- Collaboration & Process : Partner with developers and stakeholders to improve product quality and refine testing processes.
- Documentation : Maintain test documentation and provide status reports on test progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience : 5+ years of experience in manual software testing.
- Tools : Proficiency with bug tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
- Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze requirements and identify potential issues.
- Methodologies : Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Expertise : Experience in UAT, regression testing, and API testing Background in specialized domains (e.g., Healthcare)
