With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their expertise to streamline processes and ensure seamless integration of technology solutions. This position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in Labware LIMS Configuration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Labware LIMS systems
- Design and implement configuration solutions that align with business needs and enhance system functionality
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction
- Conduct regular system audits and troubleshoot issues to maintain system integrity and reliability
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes to support ongoing operations
- Facilitate user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Labware LIMS systems
- Monitor system usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Labware LIMS with other enterprise systems
- Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance system capabilities and drive innovation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all system configurations and processes
- Support project management activities by providing technical insights and recommendations

- Possess a strong background in Labware LIMS Configuration with at least 8 years of experience
- Demonstrate proficiency in system analysis and design to create effective solutions
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and improve system performance
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment with cross-functional teams
- Display strong communication skills to facilitate user training and support
- Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in system configurations and documentation
