Accountant, Corporate Finance Responsibilities: - Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes - Prepare and analyze financial statements and related schedules - Perform reconciliations and account analysis - Support corporate tax compliance and reporting - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting Requirements: - 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a real estate or financial services environment - Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of IFRS and GAAP - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - CPA designation or working towards designation
