As part of the UX & Design team within our Digital organization, you will design and deliver world-class experiences across mobile, web, and in-store platforms. Your work will directly influence how millions of customers engage with Starbucks every day— from ordering their daily iced latte with cold foam, to earning and redeeming Stars, Starbucks Rewards and other long-term engagement. You'll actively contribute to design projects, work closely with cross-functional teams, and help create digital experiences that are both visually appealing and user-friendly. As a designer, you will... · Help design features and experiences that reach millions of users every day. · Support the creation of clean, intuitive user interfaces across platforms, using a full design process—from research and planning to wireframing and prototyping. · Collaborate closely with researchers, product managers, engineers, data analysts, and other designers to bring ideas to life across app and web. · Support the design file handoff process, ensuring all design specifications, assets, and interaction details are clearly documented and communicated to engineering and QA teams to support smooth implementation and high-quality delivery. · Help maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, accessibility and alignment with our brand. · Present design solutions and storytelling artifacts to a wide variety of teams and departments.
