About the role

Staples is looking for a Director HR Systems to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the HR Systems team and driving the strategy and execution of HR systems and processes to support the HR function and enable the business. You will work closely with the HR and IT leadership teams to define and deliver on the HR technology roadmap, optimize existing systems, and evaluate and implement new solutions. Additionally, you will manage a team of HR systems specialists and serve as a subject matter expert on HR systems capabilities, integrations, and data reporting.
