Role Overview
We are hiring an SOP Quality Analyst to ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are not only well-written but also practically correct, aligned across departments, and executable in real work scenarios.
This role acts as the final validation layer between documentation and actual implementation. The SOP Quality Analyst verifies whether processes match real operations, checks inter-department dependencies, and ensures that SOPs work smoothly when applied in practice.
This is one of the most critical roles in the overall process framework, responsible for ensuring that SOPs are not just documented but also properly implemented across teams. The role involves cross-checking whether employees are following the defined SOPs and validating that the procedures described in the documentation accurately reflect the actual workflows being performed. The objective is to identify gaps between documented processes and real execution, ensuring operational accuracy, consistency, and process discipline throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-Verification of SOPs
- Compare SOPs with actual workflow execution
- Validate whether process steps are practically feasible
- Identify mismatches between documentation and real operations
- Ensure SOPs reflect real tools, systems, and responsibilities
2. Inter-Department Process Alignment
- Check process dependencies between departments
- Ensure handover steps between teams are clearly defined
- Validate communication flow across teams
- Identify process overlaps, gaps, or conflicts
3. Practical Process Testing
- Conduct sample process walkthroughs
- Simulate execution of SOP steps
- Ensure no step creates confusion or delay
- Confirm timelines and responsibilities are realistic
4. Error & Risk Identification
- Identify operational risks in documented processes
- Highlight steps that may cause bottlenecks
- Check for duplication or unnecessary steps
- Suggest simplification where possible
5. SOP Implementation Validation (Critical Responsibility)
- Check whether implemented SOPs are being followed correctly
- Verify if real work matches documented procedures
- Identify where teams are not following SOP standards
- Report gaps between SOP and actual execution
6. Feedback to SOP Maker
- Provide practical improvement suggestions
- Share cross-department findings
- Recommend process corrections before final approval
- Ensure final SOPs are implementation-ready
7. Documentation Alignment
- Ensure final SOP matches company systems and tools
- Confirm role responsibilities are correctly assigned
- Validate approval levels and escalation processes

Technical & Tool Knowledge
- MS Word / Google Docs
- Excel / Google Sheets

- Basic understanding of CRM, HRMS, or operational tools (preferred)
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Management (preferred)
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in operations, process auditing, SOP validation, or quality control
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
Note: Candidates must use their own laptop and have a good internet connection for this job. The laptop should work properly for daily office tasks and online meetings. The company will not provide a laptop.
