JOB SUMMARY
Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for the overall commercial and risk management of the Bank’s external third-party suppliers. To meet increasing business demands, SCM is establishing a new capability to support Contract Managers/Owners in fulfilling their obligations for managing third-party contracts under their accountability.
The Lead, Contract Management Services (CMS), HR and Travel, is responsible for leading a team that delivers specialised support to Contract Managers/Owners of HR and Travel contracts including payroll system, benefits administration and cooperate travel program.
In addition to leading the team, this role serves as a subject matter expert with deep industry expertise in the category and ensures that Contract Managers/Owners receive the necessary support to meet their contract management and ownership obligations throughout the contract lifecycle, in alignment with banking regulations and risk requirements. This role oversees the continuous improvement, development, implementation, and governance of best-in-class contract management as well as overseeing the daily running of the service.
The Lead, CMS, HR and Travel collaborates closely with SCM Global Category Management Heads, SCM Category Leads/Managers, SCM Supplier Managers and SCM Cluster Leads to drive continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
• Support the Head, CMS in shaping and advancing the target operating model and strategy for delivering CMS services across the Bank and all categories, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s overall procurement lifecycle objectives.
• Lead CMS’s strategy across HR and Travel category, ensuring alignment with regulatory, risk and business objectives related to HR and Travel services provider.
• Drive the development of the CMS framework to establish clear roles and responsibilities, particularly in work allocation between category, supplier management, and sourcing teams. This includes defining and articulating the scope and value proposition of Contract Management Services.
• Lead and influence senior-level engagements with Business and Functions to secure buy-in for the Target Operating Model (TOM).
