Are you passionate about advanced FinFET design and eager to build the next generation of standard cell libraries at technology nodes like 4nm, 3nm, and 2nm?
At M31 Technology Corporation, a global leader in silicon IP solutions, we’re looking for a talented Standard Cell Design Engineer to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This is your chance to work at the forefront of semiconductor innovation — designing complex combinational and sequential cells that power tomorrow’s SoCs.
💡 What You’ll Do:
Design and develop high-performance, low-power standard cells for FinFET nodes. Collaborate with global teams and EDA vendors to create new synthesizable cell architectures.
Optimise for power, performance, and area (PPA) across multiple technologies.
Contribute to timing, reliability, and silicon validation.
Drive innovation through automation and scripting (Perl, Python, TCL).
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in standard cell design and development.
Strong understanding of FinFET technology, PPA optimisation, and library architecture.
Experience with EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys) and timing analysis (STA).
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (VLSI).
