Job Description: Standard cell char engineer
Experience: 2-5 Yrs
Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E
NP should be 0-30 days Max
Role and Responsibilities: Quality check run/creation for various STD cell/ SRAM views (like liberty, Verilog, cdl etc).
Skill Requirements: Basic Understanding of STD Cells and SRAM, OTP, eFUSE.
Good Understanding of various Liberty, Verilog, cdl.
Should be well versed in industry standard tools such as Primetime, Xcelium/VCS/Questa, design compiler, tessent etc.
Good Scripting skills (Perl/Python/shell) and ability to apply the same for creating quality checks on the fly.
