Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Stamping Engineer (US PE) to join our India-based engineering team supporting US solar and renewable energy projects. This role is critical to ensuring US code compliance, AHJ approvals, and high-quality stamped engineering deliverables for global solar clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and stamp/seal (US PE) structural & civil drawings and calculations.
- Approve designs for ground-mounted, rooftop, carport, and tracker solar structures.
- Ensure compliance with US codes & standards (IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, local AHJ requirements).
- Support US permitting processes, including AHJ comments and revisions.
- Collaborate with US-based EPCs, developers, utilities, and internal offshore teams.
- Act as the technical authority for stamped deliverables and engineering decisions.
- Mentor and guide India-based engineers on US code interpretation and best practices.
- Drive QA/QC, standardization, and documentation control.
- Provide engineering support for RFIs, construction queries, and as-built reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Active US Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
- 3–5+ years of experience in solar / renewable energy projects.
- Proven experience stamping drawings for US solar projects in an offshore–onshore delivery model.
- Strong knowledge of US permitting, AHJ coordination, and EPC workflows.
