About The Team

Stallion’s Strategy and M&A team is responsible for establishing the company’s short-term and long-term growth strategies, and for bringing high quality companies and talent into the organization through acquisitions. The team manages sourcing, negotiating, structuring, and executing impactful acquisitions, and informing Stallion’s strategy by identifying industry trends and maintaining relationships with other companies in our industry, Stallion’s various stakeholders and outside bankers. You will be part of a small but high-impact team situated at the center of growth, transformation, product, and the broader strategic efforts at Stallion.

You Will

  • Conduct research on markets and industries that Stallion currently operates in and new markets for expansion and growth.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and assist the team in identifying and articulating Stallion’s competitive advantage and messaging.
  • Assist with due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
  • Assist in creating business cases and presentations for leadership.

Qualifications

  • Currently a Junior Finance, Business, or Economics student.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial modeling, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Attributes

  • Basic understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, M&A processes and building business plans.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
