We’re looking for a strong, people focused Region Vice President to join our team. You’ll lead branch managers and sales staff, oversee regional operations, and help drive growth through smart planning and solid execution. Requirements

Job Requirements:

        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or a minimum of five years related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

        Minimum of five years experience in a management role, including supervisory responsibility.

        Ability to read and write general business correspondence.

        Ability to analyze and interpret reports, technical procedures, regulations, and policies.

        Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, or public.

        Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, material margins and volume, area, circumference and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Summary

Job Responsibilities:

        Oversee the distribution and movement of products and services to customers served by branch operations within an assigned region.

        Direct and supervise Branch Management and Sales staff within assigned region.

        Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.

        Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories and goals.

        Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity goals.

        Evaluate key performance metrics to identify areas needing cost reduction or process improvement.

        Assess potential for new and existing branch locations, considering market demand, statistics, and expenditures.

        Confer with sales and branch managers to secure information related to customer specifications.

        Monitor and foster customer and supplier relationships.

        Analyze a variety of market statistics to determine sales potential, inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

        Resolve customer complaints related to sales and service.

        Determine price schedules and discount rates.

        Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.

        Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products and services.
