Role Description
As a Stakeholder Manager, you will oversee and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure aligned strategic initiatives and seamless collaboration. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging with stakeholders, conducting regular meetings, addressing challenges, and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships. You will act as the key liaison between various internal and external stakeholders, track progress of initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will provide strategic input to optimize relationships and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Relationship Management and Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, the ability to build and foster strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, and effective communication at all levels.
- Strategic Planning: Competence in analyzing business needs, identifying key stakeholders, and creating comprehensive engagement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Project and Time Management: Experience in project planning, multitasking, meeting deadlines, and ensuring progress in multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capacity for identifying challenges, developing actionable solutions, and addressing stakeholder concerns proactively.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with business operations, UAE laws and regulations, and corporate services or consultancy is preferred.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications may be an advantage.
- Adaptability and Cultural Sensitivity: Proven ability to work in dynamic environments and provide solutions in multicultural settings.
