Roles and Responsibilities

1. Understand customers needs and aspirations deeply, be the custodian of the customer voice and design the product accordingly across channels.
2. Design concepts, wireframe, mock-ups and final screens based on product requirements.
3. Work closely with the Product and Technical team to deliver world-class experience to our users and then make it simpler.
4. Focus on the minute details to ensure a smooth experience across devices on the STAGE app.

Requirements

1. B.Des or M.Des degree or relevant experience
2. Growth and Ownership mindset
3. Ability to extract, analyze and communicate data
4. 3-5 years of experience working in B2C product design roles.
5. Ability to articulate your thoughts really well and outstanding written communication skills in English.
6. Experience working on tools such as Figma, Zeplin etc.
7. Experience working in a startup environment, or on ambitious zero-to-one projects in established organizations.
8. Experience in planning and executing end-to-end projects.
