Are you an experienced recruiter with a strong background in the US / UK / APAC recruitment market? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy active sourcing, and have the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously?
We're looking for a Senior Recruiter with hands-on experience in White Collar Recruitment, capable of hiring across Non-IT and IT roles. If you're a Functional or Techno-Functional Recruiter who enjoys engaging talent and delivering quality hires, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Australian market across Non-IT and IT white-collar roles.
- Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Handle multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive market mapping and networking.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and hiring priorities.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills
- 4–8 years of recruitment experience with International Market.
- Strong experience recruiting across Functional and Techno-Functional roles.
- Hands-on experience with Bullhorn ATS/CRM and SEEK or Similar Platforms.
- Strong sourcing expertise using Cold Calling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced staffing environment.
- Strong candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in Australian business hours (early morning shift in India).
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a Staffing, or Recruitment Consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of the Australian employment market and recruitment practices.
- Ability to identify passive talent through headhunting and market research.
- Results-driven with a consultative approach to hiring.
