We’re Hiring: Staffing Sales Specialist – Manufacturing Clients
Location: Bangalore
Company Base: Delhi (Head Office) & Udaipur (Branch Office)

🔹 About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Staffing Sales professional with hands-on experience in acquiring and managing manufacturing clients. The role focuses purely on B2B staffing sales for industries such as automotive, FMCG, engineering, and industrial manufacturing.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Drive staffing sales for manufacturing sector clients
Acquire new clients for blue-collar, white-collar, and bulk hiring requirements
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and industry networking
Understand client workforce requirements (plant, factory, production roles)
Pitch and close contract staffing, permanent hiring, and volume hiring projects
Build relationships with Plant Heads, HR Managers, and Operations teams
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for timely closures
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
🔹 Must-Have Requirements:
Experience in Staffing Sales (Manufacturing / Industrial clients preferred)
Strong knowledge of bulk hiring, contract staffing, and compliance basics
Existing network in manufacturing companies is a strong advantage
Excellent negotiation and client handling skills
Target-driven with strong field sales experience
