About Us:
Embtel Web Solutions India Operations works in coordination with Embtel Inc., our US-based staffing and workforce solutions company. Together, we support US clients with recruitment, staffing, candidate coordination, and end-to-end hiring support across IT and Non-IT industries.
We are looking for motivated, professional, and target-driven candidates who are comfortable working in night shifts and coordinating with US-based teams and clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Embtel Inc. US team for staffing requirements and client hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Handle candidate calls, follow-ups, interview coordination, and documentation.
- Work on IT, Non-IT, bench sales, and US staffing requirements.
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment updates, and follow-up trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future client needs.
- Support internal HR activities such as hiring coordination, onboarding support, employee records, and basic HR follow-ups.
- Work in a target-driven and structured recruitment environment.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates, clients, and US-based teams.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, US staffing, bench sales, IT recruitment, Non-IT recruitment, or HR recruitment preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Basic understanding of recruitment, resume screening, job portals, and candidate coordination.
- Knowledge of US staffing terms like W2, C2C, 1099, direct hire, and contract roles will be an advantage.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, or other job portals is preferred.
- Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requirements.
- Candidates from CBSE / ICSE background preferred.
