Roles and Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates for contract roles in AI, ML, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure across GCCs, startups, and mid-market tech companies in India.
• Manage the complete contractor onboarding process — agreements, background checks, compliance documentation (PF, ESI where applicable), and induction coordination.
• Maintain and grow a warm talent pipeline using job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, social sourcing, and the Talent Flow ATS platform.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver shortlisted profiles within agreed SLAs, and manage interview scheduling through offer rollout.
• Track contractor lifecycle — renewals, replacements, exits — and ensure seamless continuity for clients.
• Maintain accurate records in Talent Flow: candidate profiles, interview notes, contract status, and billing headcount data.
• Identify and engage new sourcing channels and vendor/sub-vendor tie-ups to expand People Prime's contractor bench across Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Pune
