🔍 Role: US Non-IT Recruiters (Open -15 Positions)
📍 Experience Required: 1–3 years
📌 Location:Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad
💼 Job Type: 7:00PM IST - 4:00AM IST, Full-Time | Onsite (WFO)
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT roles
Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates
Work closely with clients and hiring managers
Manage job portals and maintain candidate pipelines
Ensure timely closures and quality submissions
✅ Requirements:
Hands-on experience in US Non-IT recruiting (Construction ,Healthcare, Legal, Engineering, Accounting, Electrical , Aerospace, Oil & Gas ,Manufacturing, etc.)
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
