Role Overview
We are hiring a Staffing Manager – IT Talent who operates like a mini business owner. This is not a backend recruitment role — it’s a revenue-driven, client-facing leadership role.
You will be responsible for:
Winning clients
Driving closures
Leading a team of recruiters
Owning delivery + revenue targets

Key Responsibilities
🔥 1. Revenue & Client Acquisition (Core Focus)
Drive new client acquisition for IT staffing (permanent & contract hiring)
Build and manage a strong pipeline of startup & enterprise clients
Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → closure → account growth
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

⚡ 2. IT Recruitment Delivery
Oversee fast-paced hiring for tech roles (Developers, Data, Cloud, QA, etc.)
Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and high-quality submissions
Personally close critical positions when needed
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche skills

🚀 3. Team Leadership & Performance
Lead and scale a team of recruiters/sourcers
Set daily/weekly hiring targets and activity KPIs
Drive a high-performance, numbers-driven culture
Train team on sourcing, screening, and client handling

📊 4. Startup Execution & Ownership
Build processes from scratch and improve existing workflows
Track metrics: closures, revenue, submission ratio, conversion rates
Work closely with founders/leadership on growth strategy
Bring hustle, ownership, and execution mindset

Key Requirements
5–8 years of experience in IT staffing/recruitment, with strong exposure to client acquisition
Proven track record in billing / revenue generation in staffing
Experience managing both delivery + sales
Strong understanding of IT roles and tech hiring landscape
Experience leading recruitment teams
