About the role

Responsibilities of the Candidate: Bench Marketing: Effectively market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and US citizens) to clients and staffing partners. Client Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with new clients and staffing partners to generate business opportunities. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of client contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Proven success in inside sales or a related role. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals. Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and research. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and goals. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position requirement. Encourage long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
