Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kurla for a Staff Registered Nurse. You will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient health, and assisting in medical procedures. The role also includes maintaining detailed patient records, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans, and educating patients and families about care routines and recovery procedures. Ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene protocols is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills including patient monitoring, medication administration, and assisting in medical procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Knowledge of safety, hygiene protocols, and regulatory healthcare compliance
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and utilizing healthcare technology
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and certification
- Prior experience in women’s health or maternity care is advantageous
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced clinical environment with empathy and professionalism
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications are highly desirable
