Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Staff Registered Nurse based in Mumbai. The role involves direct patient care, including assisting in diagnostic and treatment procedures, administering medications, maintaining accurate medical records, and prepping patients for ART treatments and IVF protocols. The Staff Registered Nurse will collaborate closely with IVF specialists and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and compliance with medical guidelines. They will also provide patient education on treatment plans and post-procedure care while maintaining a compassionate and professional approach.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical nursing skills, including administering medications and monitoring patient vitals
- Experience in women’s health, infertility care, or IVF protocols is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for patient education and interaction
- Capable of maintaining accurate and organized medical records
- Professional certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent
- Willingness to work in an on-site hospital environment in Mumbai
- Compassionate approach to patient care and support during treatments
- Basic computer proficiency for managing patient records and documentation
