Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Registered Nurse located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Staff Registered Nurse will perform a range of clinical responsibilities, including patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The nurse will educate patients and families, maintain medical records, and ensure compliance with hospital procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive patient care skills, including assessment, monitoring, and implementation of care plans
- Proficiency in administering medications and vital sign monitoring
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate medical records and adherence to clinical protocols
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced hospital environment
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by state regulations
- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing or equivalent certification
