Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur for a Staff Registered Nurse. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care, administering medications, assisting in medical procedures, and monitoring patient conditions. The nurse will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure patient safety, and provide emotional support to patients and their families. Additional tasks include maintaining patient records, educating patients, and adhering to hospital policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Professional nursing skills, including patient care, monitoring, and clinical assessment
• Expertise in administering medications, managing IV lines, and assisting with medical procedures
• Knowledge of infection control practices and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and provide patient-centered care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A valid state nursing license and an accredited nursing degree (B.Sc Nursing or GNM)
• Prior experience in oncology nursing or similar care settings is preferred
• Valid RNC is required
