Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Photographer, based in Bengaluru. The Staff Photographer will capture high-quality photographs of designs, apparel, and customer portraits to support marketing campaigns and brand storytelling. Responsibilities include planning and executing photoshoots, editing images, maintaining photography equipment, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to align visuals with the brand's aesthetic. Additionally, the role involves maintaining an organized portfolio and staying updated on photography trends to ensure innovative and captivating visuals.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in professional photography, including use of DSLR cameras, lenses, and lighting techniques
- Skills in photo editing and retouching software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
- Creative vision with the ability to conceptualize and execute photoshoots aligned with brand identity
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle planning, scheduling, and post-production tasks
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with creative and marketing teams
- Experience in fashion or product photography is a plus
- Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and stay current with photography trends
