Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse in the Intensive Coronary Care Unit (ICCU) at ARNEJA INSTITUTE OF CARDIOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Nagpur. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, delivering patient care, and assisting doctors in critical procedures. Additional duties include maintaining accurate medical records, providing emotional support to patients and families, preparing medical equipment, and observing patient progress to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

• BSc. Nursing or GNM qualification with a valid nursing registration
• Proficiency in patient care practices, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing patients in critical care settings
• Familiarity with operating medical equipment used in the ICCU
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and medical teams
• Ability to document and manage accurate medical records efficiently
• Experience in cardiac care or critical care nursing is an advantage
• Dedication to maintaining safety protocols and infection control standards
