About the Role
Pinnacle Medical Centre and Research Institute(PMCRI) is looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses (GNM / B.Sc Nursing) to join our healthcare team in Kurukshetra, Haryana. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors during medical procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols
- Monitor patient health, vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed by doctors
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Maintain infection control and patient safety standards
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-care instructions
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for effective patient management
- Handle emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency
Eligibility Criteria
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification from a recognized institute
- Valid nursing registration/council certification
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced healthcare environment
