Role Description
Bangalore Hospital is seeking a full-time Staff Nurse for the Emergency Room (ER) to join its healthcare team at the Bengaluru South location. The Staff Nurse will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care by assessing patients, administering medications, and monitoring progress during emergency medical situations. The role requires collaboration with the medical team to provide critical care and ensure patient safety while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to established protocols.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Emergency Nursing and handling emergency scenarios with precision and efficiency.
- Experience in Nursing and a solid understanding of Critical Care Medicine.
- Strong skills in Medicine and patient evaluation in high-pressure situations.
- Compassionate approach to Patient Care and the ability to address patients’ and families' needs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Registered Nurse certification and relevant licensing as per state regulations are mandatory.
- Previous experience in an ER or acute care setting is beneficial.
