Role Description This full-time, on-site Staff Nurse role is based in Bhadrak and supports Zenzo HealthCare’s emergency and acute care services. The Staff Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with emergency procedures in coordination with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include documenting clinical information accurately, maintaining infection control standards, and ensuring the readiness and cleanliness of equipment and supplies. The role also involves educating patients and families on treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve care protocols, and participating in continuous training related to emergency care and health technology. The Staff Nurse is expected to adhere to all clinical guidelines, safety regulations, and ethical standards while contributing to a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and emergency response.
- Candidates should possess skills in patient communication, counseling, and collaboration with multidisciplinary medical teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation, record-keeping, and use of basic healthcare technologies and monitoring devices.
- Candidates should possess skills in infection control, safety protocols, and adherence to hospital and regulatory standards.
- Recognized nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or equivalent) and current nursing registration with appropriate council.
- Prior experience in emergency care, critical care, or ambulance-based services is an advantage.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage stress, and make sound clinical decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by patient care needs.
